Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy, demand generation programs, and marketing operations. This role is responsible for driving pipeline growth through SEO, paid media, website optimization, and digital campaigns while managing a high-performing marketing team and the company's marketing technology stack.
The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and experienced in building scalable digital marketing programs that deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
• Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with company growth and revenue objectives.
• Own digital marketing KPIs including website traffic, qualified leads, pipeline, conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Identify new opportunities to increase demand generation and marketing performance.
• Manage annual digital marketing budgets and optimize spend across channels.
SEO & Organic Growth
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website visibility.
• Manage technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, schema markup, backlink development, and content optimization.
• Monitor website health and recommend improvements based on SEO best practices.
• Partner with content marketing to create SEO-driven content that generates qualified traffic.
Paid Media Management
Own the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting for paid advertising including:
• Google Ads
• Search

• Remarketing

• Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
• Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI.

• Manage website performance, user experience, and lead generation.
• Optimize landing pages for conversion.

Marketing Technology Stack
Own and continuously optimize the company's marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring systems are fully integrated and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications Required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of B2B digital marketing experience.
• 3+ years managing a marketing team.
• Proven experience managing six-figure advertising budgets.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social, analytics, and conversion optimization.
• Experience managing enterprise marketing technology platforms.
Preferred
• Experience marketing enterprise SaaS, ERP, cloud, or technology solutions.
• HubSpot Marketing Hub certification.
• Google Ads Certification.
