Computer Science or equivalent degree.
- Willing to work as a Product Technical support Engineer
- Must have a strong command of the English language, both oral and written as you will be responsible to communicate with UK/USA and abroad clients.
- The desire to learn and build new skills every day
- Self-sufficient, self-motivated, and reliable
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills help in resolving the issue faster
- Strong troubleshooting, and diagnosing skills to resolve technical issues
- Must be flexible to work a different timezone
- Should be able to understand and analyze the issues stated by the customers.
