  • Willing to work as a Product Technical support Engineer
  • Must have a strong command of the English language, both oral and written as you will be responsible to communicate with UK/USA and abroad clients.

  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills help in resolving the issue faster
  • Strong troubleshooting, and diagnosing skills to resolve technical issues
  • Must be flexible to work a different timezone
  • Should be able to understand and analyze the issues stated by the customers.
